Trailhead

One of the newest East Austin buildings. Trailhead I think will be one of the nicest new properties in town. It's location is still going through a lot of development, but has a lot of compelling aspects. It's near the Austin Bouldering Project which is the beat deal for a gym in Austin. It's right near the Givens Neighborhood Park which is the start of a 9+ mile running and biking trail (hence the name Trailhead). This place should compete well for people who don't mind being a bit deeper in East Austin.
