The Weaver

Brand new East Austin building and one of the most unique ones. It's the closest to the river than any other building in the area. Great for out-doorsy types who love to run and bike along the river. Great access to Rainey Street and East 6th for Whole Foods and bars. I think this will be one of the most compelling buildings in the area as long as prices stay reasonable.
