The Lola

Lola is a recently renovated older apartment on South Congress. A lot of people who just visited Austin are like "South Congress is awesome! I want to live here!" And then they wind up looking at Lola (and the nextdoor Muse). Since it's in the modern apartment category, you will be underwhelmed at how it compared with other modern apartments. However it does have a cool south austin vibe thats hard to get otherwise. South Congress is more of a touristy area that locals don't spend too much time at, but it still have a lot going on. The major downside is that it's managed by Roscoe which you can tell by it's reviews.
