The Arnold

One of the coolest buildings in Austin. Arnold as a very distinct style unlike any other building in the area. It has the best access to bars, restaraunts and food trucks than probably any building in Austin. The amenities are great. The pool area is fun (sometimes too fun), and has plenty of space to hang out and meet people. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms in town. The dog park kinda sucks though. May not be best for somebody looking for something quiet and relaxed. Parking can be expensive ($75 per car) and has a strict policy. The management team has turned over alot, so this has been a sore spot for the building.
