Northshore doesn't publish pricing on their website in order to create a sense of exclusivity. I'm not making that up. It's that kind of building. It is nice very though in that high end corporate hotel kind of way. From the ridiculously nice amenities, big floorplans, boutique style, everything. It’s also super pricey. This will be near or at the top of your search if you have a big budget and want a beautiful downtown building. It’s main competition is the Bowie and Gables Republic Square. However it's so luxury that it can easily come off as sterile.
