Lamar Union

Probably the coolest building in South Austin for it's radical design and style. There's nothing else like it. It's location is super cool with Alamo Drafthouse and a host of other shops, bars, and restaraunts nearby (like Shake Shake and Ramen Tatsuya). It's pool are is stunning and the amenities are great. However the floorplans can be a bit weird. I have heard the walls can be quite thin, and the interior has gone through some wear and tear.
