Groves South Lamar

One of the nicest apartments in South Austin. Groves is sleek, modern, and has everything you'd want in a modern apartment. Plus it's dog park is excellent. However the building can feel a bit claustrophobic. It's location is also a bit far down along South Austin so getting to Downtown may take a while. It does have great greenbelt and grocery store access. Pairs well with Tree Apartments down the road.
