Gables Republic Square

I'm a huge fan of this building. It's a unique blend of a highrise and hotel (Hotel Zaza). They share some amenities like the on site bar and restaraunt. Hotel guests and residents don't intersect in the building so you don't have to worry about being near weekend partiers. The resident amenity deck with the rooftop pool, co-working space and gym are some of the nicest anywhere in town. I love bringing clients here, however the sticker shock can be high.
