Eleven by Windsor

I've lived at Eleven by Windsor for over 3 years. It's one of my favorite apartment buildings in the city. While it's not as modern as others in East Austin, it's value proposition is compelling. Every unit has high ceilings, and even big walk in closets (even the studios). The sky lounge has an epic view of Downtown. The dog park is massive and amazing. The pool area is large enough to hold a few groups and never gets too rowdy. It's location on 11th means it's super easy to get around Austin. Most importantly, 11th street itself is one of the coolest streets in Austin with all the cool local funky spots like Nickel City, Franklin BBQ, and Kenny Dorhams Backyard. It's often on the top 5 of East Austin apartments for my clients.
