Excellent location on East 5th-6th with a ton of stuff to walk to. The building is nice and modern, but feels a bit dated and worn out over the years. The amenities are nice and the walkability is unbeatable. That's where the good parts end. They have numerous short term rentals on site which has caused past tenants to leave. I've had a lot of people call me out of the blue just to say how much they hated the management company, It's unfortunate, the leasing staff is usually nice and pleasent. I wouldn't trust anything they said when it comes to your lease however. I've had too many experiences with the building that boiled down to "yeah....thats what we said....but whatever. What are you going to do about it?". Just google Roscoe Properties for more insight on the company.
