Berkshire Riverview

Super nice apartment along the river and trails. it's a modern energy efficient building with some units with great views. It's super close to everything in East, South, and Downtown Austin. However it's location also works against it. It's right along two busy roads with a lot of traffic. There isn't much to walk to in the immediate area unless you walk to Downtown or the nearby strip malls which is about a 10 minute walk away.
