7East

7 East is very middle-of-the-ground in almost all categories. Nothing about it is amazing, but nothing about it is bad either. It's super walkable, but does have some exposure to East 7th which can be a bit loud sometimes. The rooftop area is nice. The pool are and gym are tiny so not much to do there. There is a really cool wine-bar on site, Apartment 115 which is a sneaky cool hangout. 7East is rarely a homerun with my clients unless they have the perfect price/value mix. The dog park here is big though.
