The Residences at Saltillo has easily been my most popular building in Austin since it opened up in 2019, and for good reason. It's location is unbeatable. It's between Downtown and East Austin. There is a brand new Whole Foods and target on the ground floor, along with a slew of other options like Hopdoddy's, a japanese hot point joint, Juiceland, and Brew and Brew. The building itself is well laid out and offers a ton of amenities. two gyms, two pools (one of which faces Downtown), co-working space, interiior courtyards and dog parks. There are over 700 units here which is massive, but also means there is usually lot's of availability. The leasing staff lives on site which I always like since it gives them some extra skin in the game. Parking is strict, so only 1 space per bedroom, but it is free. Washer/dryer are NOT included, but you can rent them from the building for around $35 a month which is a mild inconvenience. Big fan of this place overall.
