East Side Station

East side Station is a stylistically minimalist building that isn't as funky as nearby Arnold. But it's functionality is great. The floorplans are good. It's usually priced well compared to Arnold nextdoor. The amenities are solid like the pool and gym. The dog park isn't great. Walkability is great for this area since it's right by East 6th. But since it's off-center a little bit, it doesn't get as noisey. Plus the train station is right nearby which is nice to get to North Austin.
